smiletianclothing.shop is operated by SMILETIAN CLOTHING.LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company with its principal place of business at 8610 N Sherman, Miramar, Florida 33025, United States. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Wardrobely” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.

By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

We sell garment care products and closet storage hardware: fabric shavers and combs, lint tools, steam and wrinkle products, laundry washes and stain treatments, drying equipment, hangers and hanging systems, storage boxes and bags, aromatic cedar and lavender products, moisture absorbers, drawer organisation, and shoe and bag care.

We do not sell clothing, footwear or any wearable item, and we do not intend to. Hangers, garment bags and dust covers are storage hardware designed to hold garments; they are not garments. This is why there are no sizes on this site.

We do not sell any product in a category restricted by payment networks or by US federal or state law, including but not limited to pesticides requiring EPA registration or professional application, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, medical devices, financial products or age-restricted goods.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its contents, materials, dimensions, the fabrics it suits and the fabrics to take care with. Product images are representations — colour and finish can vary between screens and between production batches, and dimensions carry normal manufacturing tolerance.

Capacity and coverage figures are typical rather than guaranteed. A hanger’s stated load rating is a maximum for that item, not for your rail; check what your own rail, door or shelf will carry.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order — and will tell you why and refund you in full — where the item is out of stock, where a price or description was materially wrong, where we cannot ship to your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. Several products require adult handling; by ordering them you confirm they will be handled by an adult and kept away from children and pets.

Before you can continue at checkout you must complete every required field, agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, and — where your order contains a chemical, aromatic, moisture-absorbing, steam or sharp item — separately confirm you have read the safety notes and the return exclusions that apply to them.

Every price on this site is in US Dollars (USD) and is shown as “USD $” followed by the amount. We do not display or charge in any other currency. If your card is denominated in another currency, your card issuer performs the conversion at its own rate and may add its own fee — that is outside our control.

Prices exclude sales tax and shipping. Both are calculated and shown before you confirm payment. US sales tax is applied where we have an obligation to collect it. For international orders, import duties and taxes are set by the destination country, are your responsibility as the importer of record, and are not included in the price you pay us.

We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. If a price is obviously wrong through a clear error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.

• Free US shipping over USD $75. Applies to standard shipping to addresses within the United States only. The threshold is measured on the order subtotal after any discount and before sales tax. It does not apply to expedited services or to international orders. If a return brings your order below the threshold, the shipping cost we absorbed is deducted from your refund.
• First-order discount codes. One use per customer and per household, valid on your first order only, cannot be combined with another code or applied to an order already placed, and may exclude kits. Each code carries its own expiry date, shown with the code. Discounts have no cash value.
• Kit pricing. Kits are priced below the combined price of their components at the time of publication. Component prices can change; the kit price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Seasonal care reminders. A free email you can ask for and unsubscribe from at any time with one click. It is not a subscription, costs nothing, and gives no entitlement to a discount.

There are no memberships, subscription plans, recurring charges, auto-renewals, stored credit or loyalty points on this site. Every purchase is a single one-time transaction. Nothing you buy here will ever bill you again.

The entire site, including checkout, is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Card details are entered on a secure encrypted payment page and are processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We do not receive, transmit or store full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes on our own servers, and no card data is accepted by any endpoint we operate.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is taken in US Dollars (USD). Your order will appear on your bank statement under a short name identifying this store; if you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will resolve it faster than a chargeback will.

You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used. We may carry out fraud and address-verification checks and may cancel and refund an order that fails them.

Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: we dispatch from Miramar, FL within 1–3 business days and ship worldwide. In line with the FTC Mail Order Rule, if we cannot ship within 30 days of your order we will contact you, offer a revised date, and give you the option of a full refund.

Restrictions you should know about. Some liquid, aerosol and chemical products cannot travel by air, cannot be sent to certain international destinations, or cannot be delivered to PO boxes or military addresses. Where a restriction applies to something in your cart we will tell you before you pay, or contact you promptly afterwards with the option of a substitution or a full refund. You are responsible for ensuring that what you order may lawfully be imported into your country.

There is no federal cooling-off period for online purchases in the United States, so our own policy is what applies. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Read the full conditions in our Returns Policy and Refund Policy.

Cancellation. Because there is nothing to subscribe to, there is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis. An order can be cancelled in full for a refund at any point before it is dispatched — email or call us and we will stop it if it has not already gone. Once dispatched, the returns process applies instead.

Items that cannot be returned once opened. For safety and hygiene reasons: opened chemical products including washes, stain removers, boosters, sprays and leather creams; used fabric shaver blades; opened aromatic products including cedar blocks and lavender sachets; and opened moisture absorbers. This is disclosed on each product page, in your cart, and again on the checkout confirmation you tick before ordering.

We follow the FTC Act, the FTC Endorsement Guides and the FTC Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials, as well as the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. In practice that means:

• We do not publish invented or purchased reviews. No testimonial appears on this site unless it comes from a real, verified customer of ours. Rather than fill the site with reviews we cannot yet substantiate, we publish our own editorial notes on why each product was selected and what it is not good at — clearly written by us, not presented as a customer voice.
• Where a reviewer received a product free of charge, a discount or any other incentive, that will be disclosed clearly next to the review.
• We do not suppress or delete genuine negative reviews, and we do not offer anything in exchange for changing or removing one.
• Product claims are limited to what the product mechanically does. We make no performance claim we cannot substantiate, and no health, hygiene or pest-control claim at all.

The Wardrobely name, logo, site design, photography and written content are owned by SMILETIAN CLOTHING.LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Our products are original or generic designs and carry no third-party brand names, logos or licensed characters. If you believe anything on this site infringes your intellectual property, contact us at support@smiletianclothing.shop and we will investigate promptly.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable export control or sanctions law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data.
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload or disrupt the site, or to test payment card numbers.
• Place orders using a payment method you are not authorised to use, or submit false information at checkout.
• Resell our products in a way that misrepresents their origin, safety information or intended use.

Products are supplied for ordinary domestic use, in line with their instructions. Where implied warranties cannot be excluded by law, they are limited to the shortest period the law allows. Otherwise, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are supplied without further warranty of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for damage to a garment or other property caused by use of a product contrary to its instructions, contrary to the garment’s own care label, or without a prior test on a hidden area.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we both submit to that jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you may have to bring a claim in your local courts where consumer law gives you that right.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies linked from them, are the entire agreement between us for your order.

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
